Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to provide actionable insights for leadership
- Develop and maintain complex financial models, forecasts, and budget reports
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with detailed commentary
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning initiatives
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)

- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
