Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers

- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to branch management
- Support branch operations through ATM maintenance and account opening assistance

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 6 months cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic financial software and point-of-sale systems
