Responsibilities
- Execute daily cash handling and balancing procedures with 100% accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and resolving account issues.
- Promote and cross-sell bank products, services, and solutions to meet branch goals.
- Open new accounts and assist with the onboarding and processing of new clients.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or banking is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong mathematical skills and a keen attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
