Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Build and maintain client relationships through personalized financial consultations and product recommendations
- Resolve customer inquiries and disputes promptly while adhering to banking compliance regulations
- Balance cash drawers daily and maintain meticulous transaction records
- Cross-sell bank products and services tailored to customer needs
- Participate in branch security protocols and anti-fraud awareness programs
- Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly sales targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
- Proficiency with basic financial software and MS Office applications
- Exceptional communication skills with multilingual abilities a plus
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends as needed
