Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Build lasting relationships with customers by providing top-tier financial advice and service.
- Maintain a clean and organized teller line to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Identify and cross-sell banking products to meet customer needs and branch goals.
- Assist in opening new accounts and processing account closures as required.
- Adhere to all banking regulations and internal compliance policies strictly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; some college coursework in finance or business is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or cash handling is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong math skills and the ability to handle large sums of money with 100% accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to pass a background check and a credit check.
