- Deliver exceptional service by resolving inquiries and identifying financial solutions
- Maintain cash drawer accuracy and adhere to all security protocols
- Actively cross-sell bank products to meet client needs
- Utilize banking software to maintain accurate transaction records
- Collaborate with branch team to ensure seamless customer experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with basic computer applications
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
- Arizona Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain)
