Responsibilities

  • Customer Service Excellence: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries regarding accounts and services, and resolve issues efficiently to ensure a positive banking experience.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments. Verify cash balances and ensure all cash drawers are balanced at the end of the shift.
