Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with accuracy
- Provide exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving account issues
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services
- Maintain cash drawer compliance and adhere to security protocols
- Balance daily transactions and prepare reports for branch management
- Assist with new account openings and documentation processing
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth branch operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or cash handling
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficient with basic computer applications and banking systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Fraud detection and compliance training a plus
- Must pass background check and credit review
