Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Build relationships through personalized financial consultations and product recommendations
- Resolve account discrepancies and customer concerns with professionalism
- Maintain cash drawer compliance and perform daily balancing procedures
- Support branch operations by assisting with audits and documentation

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and digital transaction tools
