Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Build relationships by identifying cross-selling opportunities
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict compliance protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues
- Operate teller systems and digital banking platforms
- Contribute to branch security and fraud prevention measures
- Participate in quarterly sales goals and team initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic proficiency with banking software and MS Office
- Pass background check and credit check
- Willingness to obtain FINRA Series 6 license (training provided)
