Responsibilities
- Execute daily financial transactions, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing, ensuring 100% accuracy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing superior service and resolving inquiries effectively.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily reports against system records.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and introduce new products and services to meet client needs.
- Adhere to all banking regulations, compliance policies, and security protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Teller or in a customer-facing financial role is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and the ability to handle cash with extreme precision.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to pass a background check and credit check.
