Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account balances, fees, and digital banking tools
- Cross-sell financial products (credit cards, loans, investment accounts) based on client needs
- Maintain strict compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations
- Balance cash drawers daily and reconcile discrepancies within established protocols
- Support branch operations through scheduling coordination and inventory management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- FINRA Series 6/63 certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual bonus)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Fingerprints and background clearance required
