Responsibilities
- Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Build lasting relationships with customers by identifying financial needs and recommending appropriate products
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions with meticulous attention to detail
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining a positive branch environment
- Support marketing campaigns for new banking products and community events
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve monthly sales targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and basic computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficiency in financial software and banking systems
- Unwavering integrity and commitment to ethical banking practices
- Nevada Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain)
