Responsibilities
- Process daily cash, check, and electronic transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Open and close bank accounts, assisting clients with forms and documentation.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch goals.
- Monitor teller line operations to ensure security and compliance with bank policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior banking experience is a plus.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle cash handling with integrity.
- Fraud detection and prevention awareness.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
