Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional in-person and phone banking experiences
- Balance cash drawers and maintain audit compliance
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products/services
- Resolve customer inquiries using problem-solving frameworks
- Adhere to BSA/AML security protocols
- Participate in quarterly skill development workshops
- Maintain organized digital and physical client records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work standing for 8-hour shifts
- Pass background check and fingerprinting
- Proficiency with basic office technology
- Willingness to obtain MN banking license
- Reliable transportation to downtown Minneapolis
