Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account transfers with precision and efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries, promoting bank products, and building client relationships
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and adhere to strict security protocols
- Assist with new account openings, loan applications, and cross-selling bank services
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve daily operational and sales targets
- Utilize banking software to document transactions and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
