Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships.
- Cash checks and maintain accurate cash drawer balances at the end of every shift.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products such as debit cards, savings accounts, and credit cards.
- Assist in opening new accounts and explaining banking policies and procedures.
- Ensure the teller station is clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- No prior banking experience is necessary; we provide full training.
- Basic math skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude are a must.
