Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cash checks.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving account issues efficiently.
- Balance cash drawers daily to ensure all funds match transaction records.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products such as savings accounts, credit cards, and investment services.
- Assist customers with opening new accounts and navigating digital banking platforms.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure branch environment.
- Comply with all bank security regulations, KYC (Know Your Customer) policies, and audit requirements.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field is a plus.
- Strong math skills with the ability to handle large amounts of cash with 100% accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Able to obtain necessary banking licenses/registrations upon employment.
- A customer-centric attitude with a strong focus on problem-solving.
