Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Assist customers with account openings, loan applications, and financial products.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure security and efficiency.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer financial well-being.
Qualifications
