As a Bank Teller, you will be the face of our branch, assisting customers with daily transactions and building lasting relationships.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with account inquiries, check deposits, and daily transactions.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and bill payments accurately and efficiently.
- Cash checks and handle currency and coin transactions with the highest level of precision and security.
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and reconcile cash drawers at the end of the shift.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services to meet customer needs.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex concerns to branch management promptly.
- Adhere to all banking regulations, compliance policies, and internal security procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new banking software systems quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in math and data entry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must pass a background check and credit check as part of the hiring process.
