Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers accurately
- Provide exceptional service to bank clients while addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict adherence to banking protocols
- Identify opportunities to promote bank products and services to customers
- Assist with ATM maintenance and branch operational tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless branch operations
Qualifications
- No banking experience required - we train! High school diploma or equivalent
