Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with accuracy
- Assist clients with account inquiries, account openings, and basic financial services
- Balance cash drawers and maintain precise transaction records
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services
- Uphold strict security protocols and confidentiality standards
- Collaborate with branch team to ensure seamless customer experiences
Qualifications
