Join the team at Memphis First National Bank! We are looking for a reliable and friendly Bank Teller to join our branch in Memphis, TN. As a key member of our team, you will be the face of our bank, handling cash transactions and providing top-tier financial advice to our community.

Responsibilities
- Process daily cash transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving account issues, and opening new accounts when applicable.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch goals.
- Assist customers with routine banking tasks such as balance transfers and bill payments.
- Ensure compliance with all bank policies, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized teller line area to ensure an efficient customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business preferred.
- Previous cash handling experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
