Responsibilities
- Process routine transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cash advances
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records daily
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Adhere to all security protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Collaborate with branch staff to ensure seamless customer flow
- Assist with new account openings and basic financial education
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and banking software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations (e.g., BSA, Reg CC)
- Must pass background check and credit review
