Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries and addressing client needs
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products and services
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawer and daily transactions with 100% accuracy
- Assist with branch operational tasks and support team initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or cash handling role
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Proficiency with banking software and digital banking platforms
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
