Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cash checks.
- Cash checks and handle currency with the highest level of accuracy and security.
- Resolve customer inquiries and resolve issues regarding account balances and transactions efficiently.
- Identify and cross-sell banking products and services to meet customer needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment at all times.
- Balance cash drawer daily and reconcile discrepancies using the teller system.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or banking certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of cash handling experience in retail or banking.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must pass a background check, credit check, and pre-employment drug screening.
