Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Verify account details and resolve discrepancies with accuracy
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Maintain cash drawer integrity and perform daily balancing
- Uphold strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Assist customers with account inquiries and problem resolution
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales and service targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Nevada Notary Public certification preferred
- Pass background check and pre-employment screening
