- Process transactions with precision and efficiency including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Deliver exceptional customer service by proactively identifying financial needs and recommending appropriate products
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions with meticulous attention to detail
- Actively participate in branch sales goals by cross-selling banking services and opening new accounts

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience
