Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing accurately and efficiently.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to meet their financial needs.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, product information, and resolving issues in a professional manner.
- Open and close new customer accounts, including savings and checking accounts.
- Perform routine cash balancing and reconcile daily cash drawers to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized teller workstation and lobby area.
- Adhere to all banking security protocols and regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- No prior banking experience is required; we value attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential for handling cash transactions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse customers.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and pass a background check.
