Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, with 100% accuracy.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior service to resolve inquiries and explain banking products.
- Manage cash drawers, balance daily reports, and reconcile discrepancies efficiently.
- Assist customers with opening new accounts, setting up direct deposits, and navigating mobile banking apps.
- Maintain strict adherence to bank security protocols and regulatory compliance standards.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to meet individual and branch sales goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; completion of a banking certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or cash handling is preferred.
- Strong numerical skills with high attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be eligible for bonding and pass a background check.
