As a Bank Teller, you will be the face of our bank, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied with accurate and efficient service.
Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to resolve inquiries and account issues.
- Cash checks and handle foreign currency exchange with precision and speed.
- Verify checks and endorse deposits efficiently while adhering to compliance regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and reconcile the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer financial needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure workspace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for high-performing candidates.
- Strong math skills and the ability to count money rapidly and accurately.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
