Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve account inquiries efficiently.
- Identify and cross-sell banking products and services to meet branch goals.
- Maintain accurate daily cash balances and reconcile the teller drawer.
- Assist in opening new accounts and explaining account features to customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation is required.
