Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior customer service at the teller window and lobby.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries with patience and professionalism.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch goals.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to all banking compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn bank software systems.
