Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently using the teller system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and building lasting relationships with clients.
- Perform daily cash reconciliation and balance the teller drawer with 100% accuracy.
- Assist customers with account inquiries and explain banking products and services clearly.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) terminals, ATMs, and other banking equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote our banking products and services.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; experience in a customer service role is a plus.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to count money accurately under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic proficiency with computer systems and software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Pass a background check and pre-employment screening.
- Must be detail-oriented with a strong focus on compliance and security.
