Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues promptly.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch sales goals.
- Maintain accurate records of all daily transactions and reconcile the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
- Assist in lobby management, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for all visitors.
- Follow all banking regulations and compliance procedures to ensure security and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the branch team to achieve daily performance targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience as a bank teller or customer service representative preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent mathematical skills.
- Proficient in using computer systems and financial software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
