Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Handle cash, checks, and other financial instruments with strict adherence to bank policies and security protocols.
- Build rapport with customers by identifying their financial needs and cross-selling appropriate banking products and services.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Assist in balancing the cash drawer daily and reporting any discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming branch environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in cash handling, retail, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to perform basic arithmetic quickly and accurately.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and integrity.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
