Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and account transfers.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to meet their financial needs.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote our products and services effectively.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, balance inquiries, and basic troubleshooting.
- Adhere to all banking regulations, compliance policies, and internal controls.
- Manage cash drawers accurately and balance transactions at the end of the shift.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in cash handling or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment and basic computer systems.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
