Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with 100% accuracy, including cash withdrawals, deposits, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional assistance to enhance their banking experience.
- Assist clients with account inquiries, product information, and routine account maintenance.
- Maintain accurate daily cash balances and reconcile terminal reports to ensure financial integrity.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote our suite of financial products and services.
- Adhere strictly to bank security policies, anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, and operational procedures.
- Keep the teller line moving efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; prior banking or cash handling experience is a plus.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to perform mental calculations quickly and accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele and resolve customer issues with empathy.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity and discretion.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
