Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with precision
- Build trust by identifying cross-selling opportunities for bank products
- Resolve account inquiries and resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Maintain cash drawer accuracy and adhere to regulatory compliance standards
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service and sales targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficiency with banking software and digital platforms
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Fraud prevention and anti-money laundering certification preferred
