Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Provide exceptional customer service with cross-selling of banking products
- Maintain cash drawer accuracy and adhere to strict security protocols
- Open new accounts and assist with complex banking inquiries
- Resolve customer disputes and escalate complex issues to branch managers
- Balance daily transactions and prepare end-of-day reports
- Participate in quarterly branch audits and compliance training
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office Suite
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays on rotating schedule
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass background check and credit check
