Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Exceed customer expectations by resolving inquiries and promoting bank services
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transaction reports
- Collaborate with branch staff to achieve cross-selling and referral targets
- Contribute to branch security measures and fraud prevention initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
