Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Resolve complex account inquiries using advanced banking software and compliance protocols
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for premium banking products and services
- Balance cash drawers daily and maintain strict audit compliance
- Train new tellers on digital banking platforms and security procedures
- Collaborate with wealth management team for high-net-worth client referrals
Qualifications
- 1+ years of cash handling experience in retail or financial services
- Proficiency in banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- FINRA Series 6/63 certification preferred (will provide training)
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual bonus)
- Proven ability to maintain composure during high-volume periods
- Associates degree in Finance or Business Administration required
