Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Build trust by answering inquiries about accounts, services, and bank products
- Identify opportunities to recommend financial solutions (e.g., loans, credit cards)
- Maintain security compliance by verifying checks and handling cash responsibly
- Balance cash drawers and daily transaction reports
- Support branch operations by assisting with ATM maintenance and office tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years of cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic math and financial software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift coin cassettes (25 lbs)
- Must pass background check and credit check
- Michigan banking license required (will provide training)
