Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer service while identifying opportunities for cross-selling bank products
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account balances, fees, and services
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Assist with branch operations and support team initiatives
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
