Responsibilities
- Process accurate customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Provide exceptional client service while resolving inquiries and addressing concerns
- Cross-sell bank products and services tailored to customer needs
- Maintain security protocols for cash handling and confidential information
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions with meticulous attention to detail
- Contribute to branch goals through active participation in sales initiatives
- Utilize banking software to record transactions and update account information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency with banking software knowledge
