Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting bank products
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security procedures
- Balance cash drawers and prepare daily transaction reports
- Open new accounts and assist clients with digital banking services
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales and service goals
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank services and products
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
