Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Identify and cross-sell bank products (loans, credit cards, accounts)
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Balance cash drawer and daily transactions per audit standards
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations (BSA/AML)
- Open new accounts and assist customers with digital banking tools
- Contribute to a positive team environment through collaboration
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic math and financial software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced settings

- Basic knowledge of banking regulations preferred
