Responsibilities
- Process high-volume transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Resolve member inquiries regarding accounts, services, and digital banking tools
- Actively promote credit union products and services tailored to member needs
- Maintain strict adherence to regulatory compliance and security protocols
- Collaborate with branch leadership to identify process improvement opportunities
- Support new member onboarding and account documentation
- Participate in community outreach initiatives to strengthen local relationships
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling experience in retail or financial services
- Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments while maintaining composure
- Strong attention to detail with proven numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish preferred
- Valid Arizona Notary Public certification or willingness to obtain
- Pass background check and pre-employment credit review
