Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict compliance with financial regulations
- Provide personalized financial product recommendations to meet client needs
- Resolve customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Assist with new account openings and cross-sell bank services
- Contribute to branch security protocols and fraud prevention measures
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance financial knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in cash handling or customer service role
- Proven ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Spanish preferred
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
