Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Build genuine relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Balance cash drawers and maintain precise transaction records
- Uphold strict security protocols and detect potential fraud
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services based on customer profiles

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish preferred
